Each capsule contains: MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) 333,33mg; Eggshell membrane collagen [Providing 1,61mg Hyaluronic acid, 5,12mg Elastin]100mg; Liposomal Curcumin complex 83,33mg; [43,86mg Turmeric (curcuma longa) Rhizome Extract (Standardized to 95% curcuminoids, providing 41,67mg curcuminoids), and 39,47mg Phospholipids (from sunflower lecithin)]; Liposomal Vitamin C complex 8,33mg [providing 5,83mg L-Ascorbic acid and 2,50mg Phospholipids (from sunflower lecithin)]; Clear vegetable capsule.

Directions
Adults 18 years or older - Take 3 capsules daily, in the morning, or as recommended by a healthcare provider.
