Shipping policy

We deliver our products to street addresses anywhere in South Africa, using a courier service.

For orders under R1000 shipping costs are a standard R110 in Cape Town regions. 

For orders under R1000 shipping costs are a standard R150 in areas OUTSIDE of Cape Town. 

For orders over R1000 we offer FREE shipping.

Orders are processed at our fulfillment warehouse in Cape Town, RSA,  Monday – Friday. Once processed, please allow 2-4 business days for your Natural Essence products to arrive.

Package tracking numbers Please allow at least 48 hours after your tracking details are received before calling customer service to check on your order tracking, as the tracking information may not be available from our shippers before that time.
