Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns of products or do exchanges of products.
If your order was damaged in-transit, or if you’ve received the wrong Natural Essence order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately by emailing: nat.essence@outlook.com
If you believe there is a quality issue with your Natural Essence product, please take note of the batch number and the “best by” date printed on the packaging, so that we can trace the specific batch that you have received. It would also be really helpful if you could please email us photo's of your concerns.
These inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis.
